The ex-landlord of the rapper who runs AIM Property Investment Inc. said Roddy did not pay his rent, noting the rapper’s past due rent amounts to $200,000. Along with that, the rapper’s ex-landlord is alleging that Roddy “failed to return the property in good condition,” according to legal documents.
The property is located in Encino, California, and was being lived-in by the rapper in April 2020. However, the property owner noted that Roddy stopped paying rent by July 2020. In the paperwork that surfaced, it was noted that the rapper was reportedly paying $15,950 per month for the space.
Roddy Ricch was accused of damaging the property so badly that the home wasn’t renovated since his departure. The landlord is claiming that Roddy is “responsible for lost rent.” The legal documents reportedly didn’t list the specific damages the landlord was seeking. Stay tuned for more details.
