Scarface Calls Out Senator Ted Cruz Following U.S. Capitol Riots

Previously, Texas senator Ted Cruz was in the hot seat after he played into theories related to election fraud that set off Trump supporters storming into the U.S Capitol, with five people dying as a result this past week.

Scarface, the legendary rap figure who is very much tapped into the current political climate of America, took to Twitter to call out Cruz for his part in the matter. Scarface said “Houston is very disappointed in you TEXAS chime in, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin EVERYBODY and tell the senator to meet with us, he’s got some explaining to do.. WE THE PEOPLE FOR REAL!”

Since the riots, Cruz has spoken on the incident and denounced the violence that occurred in the process. Cruz said “It was the right thing to do. I very much wish Congress had not set aside these concerns, but I respect the position each of my colleagues took. Debate in the two houses of Congress is the proper way to resolve our political differences, not through violent attacks.” Take a look at Scarface’s tweet above.
