Two Men Arrested After Going Back to Rental Car Company to Retrieve Drugs

According to reports, two men were arrested on drug charges after attempting to retrieve drugs left inside a rental car at the Albany International Airport. The suspects, Aasim Hilts from Albany and Shariff Frasier, were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Hilts was hit with the bulk of the charges which were formally laid out as:

One count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree (a class A Felony)
Four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (a class B Felony)
Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree (a class C Felony)
One count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (a class D Felony)
Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (a class A Misdemeanor)
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the Second Degree (a violation)

Frasier faces a charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the Second Degree (a violation). Both men were released and are to appear in court at a later date.
