Megan Thee Stallion Teams Up With Fashion Nova

Fresh off her multiple Grammy wins this year, Megan Thee Stallion is paying it forward and bestowing some good fortune onto others with the help of popular fast fashion brand Fashion Nova. Megan and Fashion Nova recently teamed up to donate $25,000 to four independent fashion designers in the hopes of making their mainstream fashion goals one step closer to reality.

Megan Thee Stallion and Fashion Nova recently came together for their ‘Women On Top’ program, which donated $25,000 to four indie designers looking for their big break—and with the incredibly large platforms that both Megan and Fashion Nova have, this monetary gift and exposure is definitely a dream come true

Now, let’s meet the designers. First, there’s Maxie J, founder/designer of Ellaé Lisqué, who describes her designs as embodying class, sophistication, and exceptional quality. Next, is Timeekah Murphy, designer of Alani Taylor Co., a brand that has a trademark aesthetic with an emphasis on layering and reworked proportions.

Tizita Balemlay follows as the head designer and CEO of her brand Plugged NYC, a chic streetwear brand that has quickly become a favorite among celebrities. Finally, there’s Teniola “Tia” Adeola, founder/designer of her namesake brand Tia Adeola, whose designs are based in the use of sheer materials, pearls, feathers, and ruffles to evoke the pure romance of a Renaissance painting.

Megan Thee Stallion and Fashion Nova’s combined donation total for their ‘Women On Top’ initiative totals $1 million, including donations, scholarships and grants to various inspiring women and women-run organizations throughout Women’s History Month. Let’s salute the women of the world making positive moves and influencing the next generation of women who will lead us into tomorrow.
