On April 21, Fivio, real name Maxie Ryles III, caught the attention of police after he left his 2018 Mercedes running in a no-parking zone outside of a Citibank in New Jersey. After coming out of the bank, Fivio was approached by two officers, who asked to see his driver’s license. According to a police report, Fivio disregarded the officers and attempted to flee on foot, but he was apprehended in a nearby parking garage.

Fivio was booked into the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, and he has been charged with weapons possession, having a defaced firearm, which had the serial number scratched off, and resisting arrest.
