Trump Reportedly Sues Facebook, Twitter, YouTube over ‘Censorship’

According to TMZ, former President Donald Trump has filed a class-action lawsuit

against some of the top social media platforms over alleged censorship.

Trump’s lawsuit claims Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube are “engaged in impermissible

censorship,” and are unlike other private companies. The lawsuit says the tech

behemoths are more akin to state-ran utilities and should abide by the First

Amendment.

As Trump put it, the platforms “indefinitely banned the sitting President of the United

States for exercising his constitutional right of free speech.”
