Muwop Speaks Out After Being Arrested in Connection with FBG Duck’s Murder

Last week, five people were federally indicted and charged in connection with the

August 2020 murder of Chicago rapper FBG Duck, including Marcus “Muwop” Smart.

The four other suspects in the case include Charles “C-Murda” Liggins, Kenneth

“Kenny” Roberson, Tacarlos “Los” Offerd, and Christopher “C Thang” Thomas. The

men were charged with committing murder in aid of racketeering, along with federal

firearm violations and assaults in aid of racketeering.

In light of the news, an exchange between Muwop and a fan has been released. The

fan, who goes by @aariidadon on Twitter, shared the message, where Muwop stated

that he’s keeping his head held high. He also told the fan that he’ll “be home soon.”
