Bryant’s lawsuit says that the “close-up photos” of the tragic incident were shared by many firefighters and alleges that one of the firefighters went as far as giving the photos to journalists. The suit also alleges that the firefighters attempted to delete evidence related to the images.
Attorneys for Vanessa Bryant went on to say, “It has also shown that defendants engaged in a cover-up, destroying the direct forensic evidence of their misconduct and requiring extensive circumstantial evidence to establish the full extent of that misconduct.” The trial for Vanessa Bryant is set to start in February 2022.
