Vanessa Bryant has been wrapped up in a suit against the LA County Sheriff’s Department after they allegedly took photos of the crash site where Kobe Bryant and their daughter tragically passed away. Now, legal documents that surfaced claim that at least 28 people at the department were sent the photos.

Bryant’s lawsuit says that the “close-up photos” of the tragic incident were shared by many firefighters and alleges that one of the firefighters went as far as giving the photos to journalists. The suit also alleges that the firefighters attempted to delete evidence related to the images.

Attorneys for Vanessa Bryant went on to say, “It has also shown that defendants engaged in a cover-up, destroying the direct forensic evidence of their misconduct and requiring extensive circumstantial evidence to establish the full extent of that misconduct.” The trial for Vanessa Bryant is set to start in February 2022. Stay tuned for more updates.
