Jay-Z and Meek Mill’s REFORM Alliance Scores Victory with CA Probation Law

According to reports, Jay-Z and Meek Mill, in conjunction with the REFORM Alliance scored a major victory in California with the passage of Assembly Bill 1950. The legislation will dramatically reshape California’s probation system. The new law will limit adult probation sentencing to one year for a misdemeanor, and two years for felony offenses.
