Jimmy Wopo murder suspect pleads guilty in federal RICO case

A member of a violent Hill District street gang that federal agents and police say was run in part by slain rapper Jimmy Wopo pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges filed three years ago under the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act, or RICO.
