According to reports, Nipsey Hussle’s estate has settled with Crips LLC over the “Marathon” trademark. Nipsey’s brother, Samiel Asghedom, reportedly informed the court of the settlement on Thursday. The late rapper’s estate filed a lawsuit against The Crips LLC back in October after the company attempted to trademark Nip’s slogan “The Marathon Continues.” The lawsuit stated that the group tried trademarking the famous phrase two months after Nip was murdered.
